Yes! A travel stipend is required for events more than 25 miles from Berkeley, CA.
The final fee is based on the event location and one night of accommodation, per event coordinator.

We truly believe it just doesn’t work. In all our years of planning and execution, the absolute minimum amount of time we need to successfully prepare to lead your big day is one month - that’s why Month-Of Coordination is our starting point.

Start by filling out an Inquiry Form. One of our team members will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule an Inquiry Call. After the call, if it’s a perfect fit, we’ll extend an invitation to become a Sachi & Maja couple. If it’s not an ideal fit, we’ll send you some other great recommendations.

A planner is involved from the very beginning, helping you with event logistics, design, vendor management and communication, and the overall build of your event, in addition to overseeing your event. A coordinator is generally involved for a shorter amount of time, helping to oversee the final month before your event, and making sure the day-of runs smoothly.
